What is the composition of air?

Abstract

The air cannot been seen, touch,or taste,smell but it is much more than nothing.The air is some mixture of gases.Important component of air is carbon dioxide(CO²)Four-fifths of the air is nitrogen gas(N²) and one-fifth of it is oxygen gas(O²).The peoples must want to live in earth with help of oxygen,and to need plants live with the help of dioxide.

What is an atom?

The atom word is comes from the Greek word atomos,it meaning is 'invisible'.The atom is the smallest unit of a substance an it cannot be spilt further.But today we can know that atoms can be further split into smaller particles.The atoms are made up the atomic nucleus,which consists of positively charged protons an equal number of neutrons,and atomic shells.Which move at high speeds around the atomic nucleus-like planets around the sun. 

What is an element?

One of an element is a 'pure substance'consisting of atoms of the same kind.Then the elements cannot be broken with the simpler substances,but they can combine to make a new substance.All are elements are a unique symbol,O-oxygen,Na-sodium,CI-chlorine these are examples for unique symbol.The element are determined by the number of protons in atomic nucleus,and this no number is called atomic number of the element.

What is a molecule?

The molecule is defined us,it consist of two or more atoms,which are held together by the chemical bonds.For example here we take a water molecule,it be made up of two atoms of hydrogen(H) and one atom of oxygen(O).The chemical formula of water H²O.Then the elements are also frequently occur in molecular forms.

What is a gas?

Gas is the one of three states of matter.In a gas,the forces that bind its elements together are not as strong as those in liquids or solids.There are transitions between the states of matter.These forces are not be confused with the forces of attraction within the molecules.Here we can found some examples for it,wax is solid at room temperature,melts when a candle is lit,after evaporates at a high temperature.

Then the last state of matter is found on earth is plasma.In plasma state the matter is 'ionized' and conducts electricity. 

What is a chemical reaction?

The chemical reaction may change the takes place.The products formed usually have activities from the reactants,the reactants lose their activities.So here we can take a for reaction,igniting grey iron or steel wool burns in air with a bright light and a blue-black brittle substance remains as the residue, which is heavier than steel wool.On this process the iron reacts with oxygen in the air.Here is a new substance is produced by the chemical reaction.Oxidation word is derived from the Latin word oxygenium. Noble gases such as argon and neon are not reactive.Here for the reason,breathe in the same argon atoms  today which dinosaurs breathed for their life.
